I am still waiting for my new tire. Lisa took the wheel and axle in Monday, this is wednesday, and they still haven't done the work. Get a load of these excuses.
1) We don't have room in the shop for another Bike. Response: I only brought the rolling stock, not the whole thing.
2) We don't have a tire for it. Response: You mean to tell me a Suzuki shop doesn't have a 140/80/15 or 150/70/15 Savage tire? Did you look everywhere for one?
3) We can't get to it until Saturday. Response: I need it before then, I'll be at an out of state rally on Friday.
4) We'll have it done for you tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon. Response: Fine, call me when it is ready.
What does it take, all of 15 minutes to dismount the old one, mount the new one, AND balance the assembly? What a bunch of morons. I think Monday I'll be down there when they open and ask where my desk is, since they are getting ready to get a new service manager, whether they know it yet or not. I'm sick of the s**t Suzuki dealerships try and dish out, so guess what, I'm ready to do something about it. Wish me luck.
